Claims
We’re sorry if you’ve suffered an accident or have a claim on your insurance policy. That’s why you have insurance, to protect you when something bad happens. We’ll guide you on every step along the way.
If there’s a slight chance that someone may have suffered as a result of the accident, then you must file the claim. Otherwise, you won’t have the insurance policy to protect you from lawsuit. If you’re wondering whether you need to file your claim, check out our insurance claim checklist.
Making a Claim
As your independent agent, we’ll do our best to make your claim experience a smooth one.
- To begin, please contact your local AA Munro office to notify us about the claim. Contacting us directly will help us to make sure you get the best assistance possible during the claims process.
- If you need to make a claim outside of our regular business hours, you may be able to contact your insurer directly to put them on notice of the claim. We will then be notified of your claim by the insurance company.
- After your claim is processed, we will follow up with you to ask about your experience and make sure you were treated well.
Our Clients Say It Best!
“We reluctantly ‘took the plunge’ and borrowed money to buy our first new car. One and a half weeks later, the car burned in our driveway! We discovered the fire at 3am. To say the least, it was a terrible experience. When your office opened at 8:30 am, I called and in the middle of all our chaos and worry, your staff was able to set my mind at ease within minutes. By lunchtime we were provided a rental vehicle and have since received confirmation from the lender that the loan has been satisfied ‘in full’. Way to go AA Munro, please accept our sincere thanks!” — Paula Herman
