“I’m nominating my daughter Joanne and her coworker Jenna who go above and beyond every shift they work.

No matter how bad of a day Joanne is having, she always comes into work and makes the residents smile and giggle with joy, whether she is telling jokes or dancing or hugging a resident who is emotionally drained from not seeing family.

She is the most amazing CCA who loves her job and takes pride in her residents every single day. She has even come to work on days off to just see the residents doing window visits with residents . She is kind and compassionate, loving and treats each resident as if they are her family. Joanne & Jenna and staff at Maple Hill Manor are truly angels.”
