NS Healthcare Hero: Wanda Scott

“I want to nominate the housekeeper that ensures our nurses station, patient rooms, hallways and kitchen are sparkling clean. She goes above and beyond, and even empties the hole punchers at the nursing station daily.

Her name is Wanda, and she always has a smile on her face and a ‘Hi ma’am’ every time anyone walks by. Nurses, doctors, lab technicians, and respiratory therapists are getting recognition lately, and I feel our housekeepers are another pertinent member of our team that deserve recognition.

Our housekeepers, and Wanda specifically, deserve this recognition right now. The Colchester Women and Children’s unit appreciates Wanda more than she knows. Thank you for all that you do!”
