Antigonish Insurance Team
For many years our Antigonish team has supported different causes through the Bonvie-MacDonald Rinks to Links Golf Classic. We’re keen to make a difference in all sorts of ways! A recent highlight was participating in the $100,000 win for Antigonish Affordable Housing through the Aviva Community Fund.
Baddeck Insurance Team
Baddeck has been home to both our 70th and 75th Anniversary celebrations. The community definitely has a special place in the AA Munro story! Through the year we’re also proud to support different youth sports such as rugby.

There’s great fishing in Nova Scotia and we’re excited to support a local team in Bridgewater through the South Shore Bassmasters. We’re honoured when customers refer us to friends and family! Giving out referral rewards is always a pleasure.
Charlottetown Insurance Team
Small-town living is what we do best. PEI has a special place in the story of AA Munro as the home of our longtime CEO Harley. Our Fire Hall Photo Contest supports volunteer firefighters on the Island, and we’re excited to grow in the community at events like the PEI Open.
Chester Insurance Team
Chester residents have a unique way of living, and we love it! Our team of brokers live and work on the South Shore, supporting our oceanside community in work and play at events like Picnic in the Park.

Word is out in Digby that AA Munro is the place to go. We support the local fire hall, animal shelter, bowling alley, skating rink—you name it. Life is beautiful here and we want to help the community grow.
Enfield Insurance Team
Enfield has all the charm of a small town with great access to Halifax. We’ve been involved with the Corridor Community Options for Adults. It was also exciting to help set a world record in washer toss during Tide Fest!
Financial Services
Our financial services partners live in the communities across Nova Scotia. We’ve supported the StFX rowing club in Antigonish as well as local arts organizations.

Ah … life in the Bay. With excitement around Bay Days and #BayItForward, Glace Bay is celebrating its hometown pride. We really enjoy the Christmas Light Up. Two Rivers Wildlife Park is also a special place for us.

Every year we rock the Annapolis Valley Apple Blossom Festival in our favourite pink shirts. We support the business community and lots of other causes throughout the area, such as the Turtle Patrol.

The Steer BBQ is a highlight for us in Greenwood. It was awesome with MasterChef Winner Jennifer Crawford came! We’re also close to the military community and have been involved in the Wing Welcome.

It’s no secret that the golfing is amazing in Inverness. We’re connected to a lot of the small communities along Route 19 and are excited to see the area grow.

We like to think we’re a little sporty in Lower Sackville! Whether it’s running a race at the Blue Nose Marathon or watching a Storm Soccer game, we like to get our blood pumping. We’re also advocates for organizations like Beacon House and the Sackville Rivers Association.

New Glasgow Insurance Team
Our New Glasgow team is at the heart of our Smoke Detector Program for elementary schools. We also support the MS Society, Pictou County Roots for Youth, Camp Geddie and all kinds of causes for the local area.
North Sydney Insurance Team
The light is beautiful in North Sydney. We try to shine a little on the Cape Breton SPCA society and the Northside General/Harbourview Hospital Foundation. We’re also big photography fans!

The Lobster Carnival is a big draw in Pictou each summer. So is the Winter Carnival in the winter! We’re active all year in our community. We support the Rotary Club and a lot of other local organizations.

Our Port Hawkesbury team enjoys life in Cape Breton. We help maintain the Celtic Shores Coastal Trail for walking, biking and ATVing. We’re also excited for the development of Harbour Wars.

The Red Cup is a highlight for our Sydney River team—we’re big hockey fans! We also support a lot of local businesses through our Pay It Forward program. We’re honoured to recognize AA Munro’s Little Giants in December with 101.9 The Giant.

Truro is a great place for minor football—and we’re at the heart of it. We help players under the Friday Night Lights and coaches during the East Coast Mega Clinic. And we’re connecting with firefighters though our Shield Protection Program.
